Rent is due on the 1st of every month, even though the 1st may fall on a weekend or holiday. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be applied.
Payment Options have changed! All payments are now made through Tenant Portals. Please look over the information provided below.
-Free ACH through your portal (ACH payments are set up with your bank routing and account number).
-Debit/Credit payments, with a convenience fee, through your portal.
-Cash pay at any WalMart with a fee.
If you are responsible for lawn care, please make sure you are mowing weekly, keeping the lawn watered and any garbage picked up. The lawn is something that needs to be taken care of until the lease contract is over. If you have any questions, please contact us at the office.
Lock outs are not considered an emergency.
If you are locked out during our business hours, please contact us at the office. Property Managers are available between 10am and 3pm to unlock doors. There is a $50 to $100 charge based on location and due at time of service for a representative to unlock the property. Photo ID will be required and a representative can only unlock the property for an occupant listed on the lease. If a new key is also required, there will be a $25 fee to replace it.
If you are locked out after hours, on the weekend or over the Holidays, you will need to contact Palouse Locksmith at 509-332-0100. Their charges may vary depending on time of day.
