Spring is arriving on the Palouse!
While it is slowly getting warmer, there are still some nights that are quite cold. Please make sure to set your heat to at least 60 to prevent any water damage due to frozen pipes.
Yard waste collection starts in March. Collection will be every two weeks after that. You may also reach out to the garbage company as they will have more information regarding this. If you are looking for someone to take care of the lawn/yard for you, we would be happy to provide recommendations.
If your property has a sprinkler system, this will be turned on in the upcoming months. We do not know when they will at the property, so please be mindful that most of the time, they will only need access to the exterior of the property.
Move-out Reminders:
Please contact us to schedule your move-out inspection. The move-out guidelines are listed on the tab above for your reference. If you would like a copy emailed to you, please reach out to our office.
NOTE: The summer is a busy time with move-outs and move-ins, so please schedule these in advance as the calendar fills up quickly!
Maintenance Reminders:
All tenants are jointly and severally liable for the entire lease. This means we need rent paid in full on or before the 1st of every month, even though the 1st may fall on a weekend or holiday. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be applied on the 7th.
We do not accept reusable or portable credit reports.
