Announcements

As a reminder, it is quite warm out now. If the unit that you are in has an AC unit, please make sure that the AC is not running when the outside temperature is below 60 degrees. This can cause the AC to freeze and be damaged. A visit for this type of service may be billed back to the tenants. 

Yard waste collection will be every two weeks. You may also reach out to the garbage company, as they will have more information regarding this. If you are looking for someone to take care of the lawn/yard for you, we would be happy to provide recommendations.

Move-out Reminders:

Please contact us to schedule your move-out inspection. The move-out guidelines are listed on the tab above for your reference. If you would like a copy emailed to you, please reach out to our office.

NOTE: The summer is a busy time with move-outs and move-ins, so please schedule these in advance as the calendar fills up quickly!

Maintenance Reminders:

• If your property contains a furnace, filters should be changed regularly to help your furnace function properly. If furnaces do not appear to be working properly, check your filter, as a clogged filter could cause the furnace to stop running.
• Check all Smoke Detectors and CO detectors to ensure they have working batteries. If they do not, the batteries will need to be replaced.
• If you notice any leaks or running toilets, please submit a maintenance request for these issues.
• You are able to submit your maintenance requests through your tenant portal. These will be addressed in order of urgency. Any issues that arise could be billed to tenants.

All tenants are jointly and severally liable for the entire lease. This means we need rent paid in full on or before the 1st of every month, even though the 1st may fall on a weekend or holiday. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be applied on the 7th. 

We do not accept reusable or portable credit reports.
