Winter is here! 

Please be aware that temperatures are getting and staying low.
Heaters should be set to a minimum of 60 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
If gone for extended periods of time, leave heaters on and cabinets open.

All lawns and outdoor areas need to stay clean and free of garbage/debris. 
Contact us with any questions regarding lawn care or outdoor areas.

If responsible for lawn care, snow and ice removal needs to be maintained.
Deicer should not be used on driveways and sidewalks, as damage can occur to the concrete.

Garden Hoses need to be completely removed from outdoor spigots.
As temperatures are reaching freezing, if hoses are attached and damage occurs, tenants are responsible for repair costs.

All indoor furniture needs to remain indoors, only outdoor/patio furniture outside.

If your property contains a furnace, filters should be changed regularly to help your furnace function properly.
If furnaces do not appear to be working properly, check your filter, as a clogged filter could cause the furnace to stop running.

Check all Smoke Detectors and CO Meters for working batteries, replace if low or dead.

If you notice any leaks or running toilets, please contact us about these issues.

Maintenance Requests are located on our Maintenance Tab, or your Tenant Portal, and must be submitted this way for review.
Any issues that arise could be billed to tenants.

All tenants are jointly and severally liable for the entire lease. This means we need Rent paid in full on or before the 1st of every month, even though the 1st may fall on a weekend or holiday. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be applied. 

We do not accept Reusable or Portable Reports.
