All heaters need to be set to 60 degrees Fahrenheit or higher as weather temperatures decrease.

Indoor furniture and items need to be stored a minimum of 2 feet from heaters.

Outdoor hoses need to be removed from spigots and faucets.

Please check all Smoke Detectors and CO Meters for working batteries.

Any issues that arise could be billed to tenants.

Tenants responsible for lawn care need to be cleaning up leaves and yard debris.

All outdoor areas need to stay clean and free of garbage as we prepare for snow.

All tenants are equally liable for the entire lease. This means we need rent paid in full, before or on the 1st of every month. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be posted based off of your rent. 

If the 1st lands on a weekend or holiday, rent still needs to be paid in full on the 1st. We have a drop box located at the front door for these occasions. 

If you use PayLease, once you submit your payment it can take between 5 and 10 business days to process and clear into our bank account. The money has to be in our bank account on the 1st of the month or it is considered late, and a late fee will be applied. Please make sure your payment is being submitted, or scheduled, a minimum of 6 business days before the 1st of the month arrives.
