Announcements

Spring is upon us, so please make sure all outdoor areas are clean and free of garbage/debris. 

All indoor furniture needs to remain indoors, only outdoor/patio furniture outside.

If responsible for lawn care, make sure you are mowing weekly and watering.

Contact us with any questions regarding lawn care or outdoor areas.

Move-Out Season has arrived. 

If you will be leaving before your lease ends, or have questions on any account balance, please contact us.

Tenants must complete a move-out walk-through with a property management representative.

The move-out guidelines tab will take you to our printable pdf guidelines to help you prepare the property.

All tenants are responsible for the property, utilities, and lawn care until the last day of the lease, regardless of whether or not you are occupying the property.

Please check all Smoke Detectors and CO Meters for working batteries.

Maintenance Requests are now located on our Maintenance Tab.

Any issues that arise could be billed to tenants.

All tenants are jointly and severally liable for the entire lease. This means we need Rent paid in full on or before the 1st of every month, even though the 1st may fall on a weekend or holiday. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be applied. 

If rent is paid through PayLease, online processing takes between 4 and 9 business days. If payment is not to us on or before the 1st of the month, a late fee will be applied.

We do not accept Reusable or Portable Reports.
