Rent is due on the 1st of every month, even though the 1st may fall on a weekend or holiday. Rent is considered late on the 2nd and a 10% late fee will be applied.
In office with exact cash, we have no change, check or money order. Payments can also be left in our drop box. Checks need to be made out to RE/MAX Home and Land Property Management, with the property address on it.
Online debit or credit card payments can be made at PayLease.com. Online processing can take up to 9 business days. If payment is not to us on or before the 1st of the month a late fee will be applied.

If you are responsible for lawn care, please make sure you are mowing weekly, keeping the lawn watered and any garbage picked up. The lawn is something that needs to be taken care of until the lease contract is over. If you have any questions, please contact us at the office.
Lock outs are not considered an emergency.
If you are locked out during our business hours, please contact us at the office. There will be a $50 to $100 charge based on location and due at time of service for a representative to unlock the property. If a new key is required as well, there will be a $25 fee to replace it.
If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact Palouse Locksmith at 509-332-0100. Their charges may vary depending on time of day.
